Today, I turned 29. Many friends and my family already picked up their phone earlier after midnight and I already had my bunch of
wazaaaaaaaaa or
you're fucked! and so on. Thank you guys if you read this (but I sure hope not yet ;)
Many people begin their thirties the day of their 30th anniversary. Actually, celebrating a 29th year mathematically means that you have entered your 30th year. What sounds a little awkward is that people around won't keep telling you "hey, next year you're 30!" without realizing they're already late.
The question I asked myself today is: shouldn't the 29th birthday be the real big thing instead of the 30th?
Anyway, I am running out of time, the office will soon be waiting for me.
